Abilitec acquired by Innovise plc
I would like to inform you that Abilitec was acquired on 28th December 2007 by Innovise plc. This acquisition is a very important development for Abilitec as it will help position Abilitec for its next growth phase.

Although we have a new owner I would like to stress that Abilitec will remain Abilitec and continue to operate as before, with the existing Directors and Senior Management team running the company. We will be introducing our customers to the wider group in the near future.
You will see from the attached press release that the Innovise group has substantial growth plans and I am very pleased that Abilitec will be instrumental in helping Innovise achieve its goals. You will also see from this press release that Innovise recently acquired DataTechnology, a specialist integrator in B2B & Enterprise Applications Management services & solutions.
