Abilitec and Fusion Business Solutions join forces to complement their Business Service Management (BSM) offerings

London, 18 May 2004 : Abilitec (a leading provider of OSS Service Assurance
solutions) and Fusion (a leading provider of Service Management solutions)
has announced a strategic partnership enabling them to combine their core
competencies into a seamless Business Service Management offering.
Both
companies acknowledge the immense power gained by fully integrating IT
Infrastructure Monitoring systems with Service Management workflow-based
systems. These technologies enable organisations to seamlessly align their
IT with their business processes by implementing best in breed products
and best practices methodologies such as ITIL.
