AlarmPoint Training
AlarmPoint catches and matches exceptions in ITIL processes including Incident,
Service, Support, Change and Configuration. The events are quickly matched to the
correct personnel using schedules, subscriptions and attributes to build a team
of qualified personnel instantaneously. AlarmPoint then notifies the personnel on
any device, escalating until the event is resolved and service impact is prevented.
Abilitec has a proven track record in successful course development and delivery
of training for AlarmPoint. We offer both public courses at our training
centre and custom courses at customer sites. Our success is in some part due to
Abilitec having advised and implemented complex solutions for a diverse range of
FT500 customers; from Telco´s to Banks, Supermarkets to Government. Our experience
shows that training and skills transfer is essential for organizations to realize
their full return on investment.
Abilitec employs only highly skilled professional trainers who use best practice
teaching methods to deliver the highest standards of professional training available
in the industry.
Abilitec has been the chosen training development partner for its vendor partners,
