The IBM Tivoli Netcool/Reporter 2.0 Installation and Administration course provides students
with the ability to install, configure and operate the Tivoli Netcool/Reporter product. This will include
understanding the hardware and software requirements, configuring the operating system,
configuring the database, installing and configuring the High Performance Oracle Gateway in
Reporter mode, installing the Tivoli Netcool/Reporter Server, JRun, Apache, and command line
interaction with the various software components.

The IBM Tivoli Netcool/Reporter 2.0 Designer course provides students with the ability to create
templates which may subsequently be used to generate reports in a variety of formats such as
text based reports, drill-down, bar chart, pie chart, three dimensional, and worksheet. Students
will learn how to schedule and distribute reports.
